Refund Policy

1. Overview
This Refund Policy explains when and how you can request a refund for purchases made on CVWay ("the Service"). We want you to be satisfied with CVWay, and we offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on eligible purchases as described below.
2. Payments
All payments for CVWay are processed by our third-party payment provider, which acts as the merchant of record and handles billing and refunds on our behalf. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method.
3. 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee
You may request a full refund within 30 days of your purchase for the following:
- Pro Monthly — refundable within 30 days of the original purchase or renewal charge.
- Pro Bundle ($27 for 3 months) — refundable within 30 days of purchase.
Once a refund is issued, your Pro access ends and your account reverts to the Free plan.
4. Non-Refundable Items
Because they are consumable digital goods that are used immediately, the following are non-refundable:
- AI Credits Top-up ($4 one-time) — once any credit from a top-up has been used, the top-up is non-refundable. Unused top-ups may be refunded within 30 days of purchase.
- AI tailoring credits that have already been consumed.
By purchasing AI Credits, you acknowledge that they are digital content delivered immediately, and that consumed credits cannot be refunded.
5. Renewals and Cancellation
Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date. You can cancel at any time from your billing settings. Cancelling stops future charges but does not, by itself, refund the current period — to request a refund for a recent charge, contact us within the 30-day window described above. 6. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, email us at support@cvway.io with the email address used for the purchase and your order or transaction reference. We aim to respond to all refund requests within 3 business days and to process approved refunds within 10 business days.
7. Complaints
If you are not satisfied with how a refund request was handled, email support@cvway.io with the subject line "Complaint". We will acknowledge your complaint within 3 business days and aim to resolve it within 14 business days.
8. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date and, where required, communicated to you by email or in-app notification.
